In July of 2023, Titus Regional Medical Center (TRMC) made a commitment to the community to provide excellence in cancer treatment services through the new CancerCare at Titus center.  Opening this location meant forming a critical team of personnel who would be able to offer the latest in treatment options and expertise to our patients and their loved ones.

Dr. Barjinder Singh

This team is led by two strong physicians who direct and administer treatments to those with Cancer in Northeast Texas.  Barjinder Singh, MD and Dat Vo, MD, PhD are both top in their fields and

will bring a new level of service and care to the area.

Dr. Barjinder Singh is an experienced and compassionate Medical Oncologist/Hematologist with a proven track record in providing exceptional patient care and treatment in medical oncology and chemotherapy.  “I understand that a diagnosis of cancer is personal.  My job is to ensure all patients are heard and their individual needs understood as I work with this team to provide a plan of care that includes the latest advancements in cancer treatment,” states Dr. Singh.

Dr. Singh is Board Certified in Medical Oncology and has practiced in Missouri for the past seven years.  He is excited to support the communities we serve.  Dr. Singh is married with 3 children and is looking forward to joining a pickle ball team here in town.

Dr. Dat Vo

A board-certified Radiation Oncologist, Dr. Dat Vo brings with him a passion for intentional care for his patients and is known for ensuring not just comprehensive clinical care, but a plan that includes support for the needs of the patient and their families and loved ones.  “Cancer care involves more than medications and therapies.  I strive to help each patient and the people who support them to best handle the physical and emotional effects of their diagnosis,” shares Dr. Vo.

Dr. Vo joins TRMC from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW) in Dallas, Texas where he was an Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology and a practicing radiation oncologist.  While at UTSW he provided radiation oncology services for many patients within our local communities and looks forward to providing those same services at CancerCare at Titus.

Dr. Vo is excited to be joining CancerCare at Titus and will be leading a highly skilled and experienced team to ensure each patient has an unparalleled experience during what can be a difficult time.  In his free time, Dr. Vo is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family.

Each team member at CancerCare at Titus is specifically trained to care for the unique needs of cancer patients.   “Building the care team for this center of excellence has been top priority since making the decision to bring Cancer Care inside the TRMC Health System,” states TRMC CEO Terry Scoggin.  “These physicians bring with them the level of expertise we need along with the ability to be vital parts of our community as a whole.”
