  • The Wound Healing Center at Titus offers a comprehensive program of specialized wound management by clinicians trained in wound care. Our services include wound assessment and development of an individualized treatment protocol for each patient that may include specialty dressings and dressing changes, wound debridement, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, additional testing, and appropriate referrals.

    The Wound Healing Center is located on the first floor of Titus Regional Medical Center by the west end elevators. We are located just off I30 and Hwy 271.


About Us

Located in Mount Pleasant, Texas, we serve patients in Mount Pleasant and all surrounding areas with the most advanced and state-of-the-art wound care available.

Every wound has its unique set of circumstances. Our Wound Healing Center is equipped and staffed to address them all, with most treatments covered by Medicare/Medicaid, HMOs and other private insurance plans. We have expertise in caring for people whose open wounds have resisted traditional treatment with a success rate of more than 90% healed in 12-16 weeks.

Our center is equipped with a unique team of doctors, nurses, and therapists all dedicated to healing chronic wounds. The causes of open sores are complex and our group represents expertise in all of the major areas necessary to handle their varied circumstances and challenges. Whatever it takes for healing to occur, we are equipped and staffed to make it happen.

We offer a comprehensive program of specialized wound management including such treatment modalities as transcutaneous oxygen measurement, specialty dressings and dressing changes, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, Wound V.A.C. therapy, and wound debridement. Other services include referrals such as home health, nutrition, and diabetic education.
