Alzheimers Caregivers Support Group

The Alzheimer’s Caregivers Support Group meets the third Thursday of each month in Classroom A on the Ground Floor at 12 noon. Lunch is provided. Meetings are led by trained facilitators and provide an opportunity for family members and caregivers to learn more about the disease. Sessions include information, problem solving, coping skills and shared resources. Meetings are open to family members, caregivers and friends.

Adult Diabetes Support Group

The Adult Diabetes Support Group meets on the third Tuesday of each month (excluding June, July and August) from 4-5 PM at TitusFit Cardiac Rehab (2003 N Jefferson, Suite 1). The group is sponsored by the Diabetes Education Department and seeks to help individuals with diabetes better understand and control their diabetes and live lives free of diabetes-related health problems. There is no charge to attend this informative program and is open to anyone living with diabetes, family members, and friends.

Stroke Support Group

Stroke Support Group is currently undergoing some changes to format and meeting times.  It is free and open to stroke survivors and their caregivers, family and friends.  If you would like to join, please email Martina Ramirez at the address below and we will keep you up to date on all changes as they are available.

Breastfeeding Support Group

The Breastfeeding Group meets online in a closed Facebook Group.  This group is free and open to nursing mothers.

Cancer Support Group

The Cancer Support Group is for anyone who has been affected by cancer, including patients, family and caregivers.  Cancer affects each individual differently.  Many feel isolated, worried and anxious.  This group is here to tell you that you are not alone!  This is a place to meet others with similar struggles, share stories and suggestions, and find support.  We hope to see you there.
