Andy Fortenberry, Chief Financial Officer

Titus Regional Medical Center (TRMC) in Mount Pleasant, Texas, has hired Andy Fortenberry, CPA as Chief Financial Officer. Fortenberry, an experienced financial executive, assumed his new duties at TRMC on December 26, 2022.

Prior to joining TRMC, Fortenberry served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Pediatric Clinic, LLC for 14 years. Most recently he was the Director of Financial Administration, Priefert Entities for Priefert Manufacturing Company. He brings over 30 years of finance and leadership experience to the team at TRMC.

Fortenberry earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting/Finance at Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Texarkana.  He completed his certification as a Certified Public Accountant in 1992.

As a lifelong member of OUR community, Fortenberry has served as a board member and treasurer for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), a former City Council Member for the City of Mt. Pleasant, and as a member of the Board of Managers for the Titus County Hospital District (TCHD).  In December, he resigned from his position on the TCHD Board to assume his new role as Chief Financial Officer.  Andy and his wife Callie have two children and 5 wonderful grandchildren.  He is a faithful member, deacon, and bible study teacher at First Baptist Church, Mount Pleasant.
