What a very MERRY December Lunch & Learn! 🎄

We want to say a heartfelt thank you to our 55+ senior community for joining us and making the afternoon such a fun and meaningful time. It was a pleasure spending the day together during such a busy holiday season.

A special thank-you to Dr. Amy Barfield with Better Minds Psychology for sharing encouraging insights on how to protect and keep our joy during the often stressful holidays—your message truly resonated.

We are also incredibly grateful to the nursing students at Nursing at Northeast Texas Community College - NTCC, who consistently show up to volunteer and support this event. Your willingness to serve makes a big difference.

Thank you to our clinics for helping host a free mini health fair, providing valuable resources and care for our community—and of course, thanks to Santa for stopping by and spreading a little extra holiday cheer! 🎅

We’re thankful for the community we get to serve and already looking forward to next month's Lunch & Learn.

Last month, we had the honor of gathering for our annual TRMC Physicians Dinner—a time to pause, celebrate, and say thank you.

We are deeply grateful for each of our physicians who serve our patients and community with skill, compassion, and dedication every single day. Your years of service represent countless lives touched and cared for.

Thank you for your commitment to excellence and for choosing to serve OUR community. We are proud to work alongside you.

❤️ A Gentle Holiday Reminder

For many, the holiday season is filled with joy, celebration, and togetherness.

But for others, this time of year can be heavy, overwhelming, or even lonely — and that’s okay to acknowledge.

At Titus Regional Medical Center, we want to remind you that your feelings are valid, and you’re not alone. The holidays don’t look the same for everyone, and it’s important to give yourself (and others) extra grace this season.

If you’re finding this time difficult, here are a few small ways to care for yourself and find moments of light:

✨ 1. Keep traditions simple — or give yourself permission to skip the ones that don’t bring comfort.

✨ 2. Reach out to someone you trust — even a short conversation can ease the heaviness.

✨ 3. Make space for quiet moments — a walk, deep breaths, or a warm drink can help ground you.

✨ 4. Focus on one thing each day that brings a bit of peace — even something small counts.

✨ 5. Ask for help when you need it — talking to a professional, a friend, or a faith leader can make a meaningful difference.

If you or someone you love is struggling, please know help is available. Your well-being matters today and every day — during the holidays and beyond.

🎄 You are seen. You are cared for. And you don’t have to navigate this season alone.
