Advanced Spine Care at Titus Opens, Welcomes Esteemed Neurosurgeon Dr. Marcus Smith to Titus County Community
Titus Regional Medical Center (TRMC) is proud to announce the opening of Advanced Spine Care at Titus, bringing spine care using a neurosurgical approach to OUR community. The clinic is also excited to welcome Dr. Marcus Smith, a board-certified neurosurgeon with over 15 years of experience to lead the team.

Located on the second floor of Titus Regional Medical Center, Advanced Spine Care at Titus offers comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of spine and neurological conditions, including herniated discs, spinal stenosis, chronic back and neck pain, carpal tunnel syndrome and other neurological disorders. Dr. Smith will be joined by a highly experienced clinical team, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care.
Dr. Smith joins the clinic after serving in Texarkana, where he earned a reputation for compassionate patient care and innovative surgical techniques. Dr. Smith specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery, spinal decompression and stabilization, Kyphoplasty, and the latest non-surgical therapies. A native of Texarkana, he earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he also completed his internship in general surgery and residency in neurological surgery, including training at Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
