Community Update – Board to meet to consider direction in the partnership process.

Titus Regional Medical Center is committed to keeping our community informed.
As we shared during our June Town Hall, TRMC began a process to explore potential partnerships or other arrangements with other hospital systems to strengthen our future. The Board of Managers will meet Wednesday, October 15, at 11:30 a.m. in the 3rd floor conference room of the Medical Plaza. At this meeting, the Board may consider a vote on direction in the partnership process.
Due to non-disclosure agreements with potential partners, we are unable to share specific details at this time. These agreements are standard and ensure fairness and confidentiality for all parties involved. Under the Texas Open Meetings Act, the public is welcome to attend the open session portion of the meeting and participate as permitted during the designated public comment portion of the agenda.
Following the meeting, TRMC will promptly communicate whether a vote was taken and share any details that can be released.
