Sleep Testing Center

Titus Regional Medical Center is home to a state-of-the-art sleep lab. If you are tired all the time, take too many naps, or find it difficult to stay awake and alert, you may be suffering from a sleep disorder.

Take the following simple screening test to determine how sleepy you are. If you score a 9 or more, you should contact your healthcare provider or our sleep lab for further advice on how to obtain a sleep study or polysomnogram.
