Dr. Beth Peterson is a board-certified General Surgeon bringing extensive experience and advanced surgical training to Surgery Associates at Titus. She earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Science Center and completed both her internship and residency at LSU Health Shreveport.
Dr. Peterson has served in key leadership roles, including Chief of Surgery and Trauma Medical Director at Wadley Regional Medical Center. She has been recognized repeatedly for excellence in patient care, earning ALT Magazine’s Reader’s Choice Award for “Best Surgeon” (2020–2023).
Outside the operating room, Dr. Peterson is an accomplished equestrian with multiple World Championship Finals appearances.
Dr. Peterson is committed to providing skilled, compassionate surgical care to our community, and we are proud to welcome her to the TRMC family.
