Our team members work hard to provide the best patient care and customer service possible. iCARE is a Patient Experience Initiative that the entire team at TRMC and The Clinics of Titus have created to improve, standardize and enhance patient experiences. We strive to be the system of care that our patients and communities trust and CHOOSE for their care.
Our Patient Experience STAR Program is designed to recognize the outstanding efforts and performance of those team members who exemplify the characteristics of those found within our iCARE initiative.
