One of the ways we are striving to continuously increase patient experience is through our new iCARE program.

iCARE is a Patient Experience Initiative that the entire team at TRMC and The Clinics of Titus have created to improve, standardize and enhance patient experiences. Our patients deserve and will receive excellent clinical care that is delivered with respect and empathy. We strive to be the system of care that our patients and communities trust and CHOOSE for their care.

This movement begins with training! Every current and future employee receives training on the principles and practices expected of their role in this important program. Shoutout to our team that completed this week's training!
