Enjoy the harmonizing benefits of yoga flowing from one pose to the next linked by breath and focus. This Vingasa class connects longer poses to build endurance and flexibility. Slower paced 3-4 breath per pose, set to classical music for relaxation. This class provides clear instruction and modifications making it accessible for everyone.
