This class combines a 20 minute low impact cardio workout set to upbeat music. Includes aerobic steps, basic squats, and lunges and light weight lifting for a standing body blast. Then moving to the mat for a 20 minute core and leg toning routine. Designed to burn calories, build endurance, strengthen and tone the entire body.
