An event every week that begins at 5:10 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely
This is a low impact easy on the body exercise class. It addresses muscle groups, toning, cardio and encourages continues rehabilitation from injuries and surgery. You do not need to be able to swim and this class is great for all levels, men and women.
