Titus Special Deliveries features six spacious birthing suites
with a home-like atmosphere, including seated showers and TV/
VCR units. Our obstetrical staff is comprised of Registered Nureses (RNs) with
additional certifications in Advanced Fetal Monitoring, Neonatal
Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. The
unit also features state-of-the-art central fetal monitoring
and computerized documentation. This lovely obstetrics unit
also includes two surgical suites and a two bed post-anesthesia
care unit. Health care providers include five physicians specializing
in obstetrics and gynecology and two certified nurse midwives
(CNMs). We joyfully participated in over 1,100 births at TRMC during
2008.
Childbirth Preparation Classes
Taught by certified Prepared Childbirth Educators with special expertise in all phases of obstetrical nursing, our convenient half-day format classes are designed to prepare busy expectant parents for the challenges and rewards associated with childbirth.
