here to represent the patient. Titus Regional Medical Center
is devoted to providing patient-centered care. Our ultimate
goal is to provide you with the best healthcare and medical
service possible. Many times we exceed expectations. Every
now and then, however, we may fail to meet our patients' or
families' expectations. We want to learn from your experience,
good or not so good. The Patient Representative has the authorization
to extend your compliments or to look into your complaint.If
you have a concern, we will work to resolve your issue in a
neutral manner with all involved parties.
You

by dialing extension 6060 Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
You may also visit our office on the 2nd floor,
across from the Visitors Elevator and the Medical Records department.
