The Medical and Surgical Nursing Department at TRMC consists of specially trained skilled nurses dedicated to ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care. The department encompasses 34 adult inpatient medical surgical beds. Our highly skilled health care team cares for both surgical patients ((such as appendectomy, cholecystectomy, exploratory laparotomy, gastronomy, tonsillectomy, transurethral resection of the prostate and many more surgical procedures) and medical patients (such as patients undergoing treatment for pneumonia, pyelonephritis, lithrotripsy, and many more diagnoses). The TRMC Medical Surgical Nursing Department is an acute-care unit that incorporates state-of-the-art procedures and equipment to care for patients.
