Retired from Mount Pleasant ISD as Classroom Teacher, Coach and Principal
Other community and civic contributions include serving on the boards of Habitat for Humanity, Titus County Child Welfare Board, Region 8 Education Service Center Board of Directors, Cemetery Board for City of Mount Pleasant, Community in Schools and Adult Literacy Board of Northeast Texas Community College and Booker T. Washington Alumni Association Board of Directors.
