Whether you want to swim a few laps or get fit in one of our instructor-led Aqua Fit classes, our aquatic area is perfect for your year-round fitness needs. The Wellness Center offers the only public indoor, heated pool in the area. Aquatic activities are an excellent alternative to land-based exercise for those with orthopedic problems and other mobility issues.
