Forever Young is a community outreach project focused on meeting the specific health needs of those age 50+. We provide the senior population with timely education regarding preventitive health, as well as promote special services offered by TRMC through our popular Lunch & Learn event.
Lunch & Learn is held the second Wednesday of each month at the Mount Pleasant Civic Center, located adjacent to Titus Regional. The event features a meal for $4, as well as social activities, physical activity and educational sessions. Additionally, monthly newsletters are sent to members along with healthful tidbits of information and annual group trips are also offered.
